Thanks for reading. This is my first book. In 1980 I was flying to Johannesburg, when the plane was scheduled to make a short stop over. It didn’t. The passengers were informed there was a strike. The scene in the airport and the journey to the hotel, was exactly how I describe in the book. We were in transit for three days, and relieved of our passports. I always thought it would make a great story.
