Book Description

Abigail Dare by Jon Etheredge

The Indie Book of the Day for 22nd of November, 2012!

Genre: Historical, Romance

The need to go home is as unyielding as steel, more important to the human spirit than flesh and bone, more powerful than life itself. If you think you know how this story ends, you’re wrong. Engrossing, heartbreaking, and just creepy enough to keep you up at night, Abigail Dare is not your ordinary ghost story.

Writing is a sickness for which there is no cure. I’m not certain, but I think I contracted the disease while composing a letter of complaint. Curiously, I found myself enjoying the task, so much so that I began to embellish the facts and before I knew it, I had published two books. One of them was quite good. The other one is “The Incredibly Normal Adventures of RoosterBoots”, a narcissistic collection of short stories that has found favor with biker trash and condemned prisoners. You won’t insult me if you don’t read it. I can’t be harmed emotionally or intellectually, not any more. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
